Lunar New Year 2008

Lunar New Year is Duke ASA's most prominent showcase of traditional and modern acts originating from Asia. This year's show will feature a number of dance and vocal performances including Chinese Folk Dance, Da Cru, The Lanterns, A Capella, and Defining Movement. Returning to the stage are world-renowned Masters of Ceremonies, Andrew Hsiao, Lawrence Chen, and Paul Yen. This year's LNY will be the best one yet, so don't miss it!

Show tickets and dinner tickets will be given out for free to all Duke students as the show date approaches. Dinner tickets will be very limited, so get them ASAP.

  • Pre-registration will be available from Thursday (2/7 @ 11:59pm) until Sunday (2/10 @ 11:59pm)
  • Reserved tickets will no longer be available on February 15 at 5pm
  • The dinner ticket you are reserving is for the second dinner at 6:30 pm
  • You can pick up your reserved tickets anytime from 10am to 5pm, Feb. 11-15 on the BC plaza or in front of the Marketplace
  • If you haven't pre-registered by Sunday, you can still pick up tickets during these times, unless they are already sold out
  • If you are currently unregistered, sign-up today to reserve your tickets!
